Welcome to Lowcountry Rotary Club!

Rotary Club of the Lowcountry is known as the little club that could. Although a small club we are very active in the community giving our time and funds we raise to local non-profit organizations. We gave over $30,000 in the 2021-2022 year to local non-profits as well as to the CART Fund for cutting-edge research to prevent, Treat, and cure Alzheimer's disease. We have also applied for and received Rotary District Grants for such things as the “Good Neighbor” Free Clinic, training materials for Lowcountry Habitat for Humanity, and for the Beaufort County School District 6th Graders Anti-Bully Program materials.  On an international level, our members personally donated and raised funds totaling over $15,000 collectively for The Rotary Foundation to support peace projects, maternal and child health, basic literacy, disease prevention, and clean water and sanitation.

Rotary International is the world's first service club organization, with more than 1.4 million members in 45,000 clubs worldwide. Rotary club members are volunteers who work locally, regionally, and internationally to combat hunger, improve health and sanitation, provide education and job training, promote peace, and eradicate polio under the motto Service Above Self.
